The 144 Thousand Jews are Children sealed by God and it doesn’t say that they must be beheaded. It says in Rev 20 Verse 4 I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus. These little Jew Children couldn’t witness for Jesus because they don’t know who he is yet.

But before the Wrath Of God comes upon the earth the four angels are stopped until another angel seals 144 thousand of all the tribes of Israel.
