Any decent company usually has a written information technology policy, so you could look that up.

btaw IT people can really track down any activity in every computer that is linked to the network server. I for one is working in an american company in MEPZ1 and when all my messages in the inbox was accidentally deleted after an unexpected power outage.....ni email rako sa IT support about it and guess what, I have all the important files again in my inbox.
