    That's because you applied a larger resistance compared to touching it lightly.

    Your problem is not because your case is grounded but because your case is not grounded.

    If you have correctly installed grounding system for your CPU case, then stray current would pass there all the way to ground. Without it, it is you who created the shortest path to ground. This is risky for you.

    Another instance where you could experience this is that when you have accumolated enough static electricity that you discharge yourself to your case. This is risky to your CPU as there is a possibility that your electronic components might get fried.

    bro, you could wire your PC case to a piece of metal that is buried to the groud.

    mao tamblot and sonatasinger are right. ground your CPU case to the ground, it will solve the problem. mainly because wala may kapadulngan kay dili man completo ang circuit. mao ikaw na nigunit sa case. gi apil ka sa circuit. hahahaha

    check kung ang imong CPU naa direct contact sa semento,
    usahay sab kanang cge ug rub sa imo shoes og tiil sa salug mo cause na ug friction mao makahatag ug
    gamay kuryente sa imo lawas.

    check sab some wiring basig naay na slit na cables...

    dapat maayo dayun ni bro kay delikado imo motherboard ani...

    Ang ato power cord kay naa mana grounding unta. Ang AVR gani kay tulo na kabouk buslot kay gruonding mana ang ikatulo unta.
    Pero wala mantay grounding diri gud. wala mana gi require sa ato Power company diri gud. Natural ra gyud na nga mo gruond bro. kay labi na og cementi ang sawog kana malatayan gyud ka sa gruonding sa imo PC. maski sa aton mga appliences uban kanang TV nato mo grauond gihapon na. Pero kun naa ka insulator nga dili ka ka contact sa yuta/sawog nga cemento dili na nimo ma feel gyud kay dili man ka latay ang current.
