This is very true. There's no such thing as loyalty anymore on the part of employees, that's because employees are like that - they're now DISPENSABLE. The company can just lay them off anytime they want. Our labor code is not enough to handle these kind of scenarios.

cant do anything anymore. i have to agree that you have that there is no such thing as job security anymore, all the more loyalty on the part of employees. We are not that protected from the laws(Labor Code). Just always perform and have an edge..
