ang retainer is pang retain ra man na.. mao gali retainer though naa xa movemnet pero dugay kaayo, den mas maayu ra ang retainer i use after sa brackets..

ang braces kai nice jud 2 xa.. mahal lang mag pa brackets naay tag 35K

depends on the teeth coz retainers and braces is not good if it has no purpose coz it might ruin your teeth.

the best thing to do is to put braces on it coz its very effective....ako ngipon grabe jud ka sapaw,two steps forward and 2 steps backward then i decided to put braces then at this very moment i experienced great improvements, 4 months pa lang ni ako braces.....my dentist ask me only 18k for this big problem of mine and its effective.......

better consult your dentist cause most of the time you think its just a simple case of misaligned tooth but you'll be surprised that after careful examination youre deepbite, openbite or crossedbite without you knowing it.. in true practice braces should be worn first in a specific time frame to correct the allignment of teeth then after this your occlusion will be corrected also using a different appliance depending on your needs.. then after all the corrective treatments have been made thats the time you have to wear retainers.. the word dictates its meaning.. it is intended to retain the correct allignment of teeth after braces were removed.
