You are talking about two different things, Crocs US is a US stock market driven news, the stock is taking a beating, but that is true of all major consumer stocks ex. GM, Ford, Citibank, etc. Crocs Philippines is a different entity and reports to Crocs Singapore which is also a different entity. The retail company that owns Crocs in ayala and sm has no shares in the US company and vice versa. The company that owns Crocs in Cebu owns a lot more retail brands aside from that
