The Era of TV is coming to an end in the US/Europe.
Why?
Simple. TV feeds on advertising. But what if you have Tivo? Tivo REMOVES all advertising on TV so you can watch your favorite programs WITHOUT interruption.
What does this mean?
This means, if you have a product to sell, it is a STUPID decision if you advertise on TV in this modern age, when people have means NOT to view your advertisement. And thus, as the days go on, less and less companies will invest on TV ads, and then less and less TV shows will be aired...after all, why bother to watch TV when there are OTHER things to do on the internet
...it's only in the Philippines and other developing nations, countries too poor to have "internet for the masses" where TV will flourish. So ABS-CBN and GMA will still enjoy good money...but for how long?
Corporate TV is dying...face it.
Read and be enlightened

It's the same with Friendster.com ... do you know that the only people in the world seriously using Friendster are people from the Philippines and Guam? Why? Because our internet infrastructure sucks so much, your slowest internet cafe can still accomodate the rather simple Friendster.com page structure. While everyone else in the world is moving on to Web 2.0 and 3D content, Filipinos still wallow and enjoy in Friendster.com...kay tungod lang sa fact nga hinay atong internet diri...clap clap clap.

^ nice info bro
finally, some positive news..
http://www.deadlinehollywooddaily.co...s-been-struck/
…a very reliable source tells me that there appears to be a deal seemingly in place between both sides.
“It’s already done, basically,” the insider describes. That’s because of the weeks worth of groundwork by the Hollywood agents working the writers guild leadership on one side, and the studio and network moguls on the other. I was told not to expect an agreement this week. But my source thought it was possible that the strike could be settled before Christmas.
affected sad ba ang mga reality shows ani?
nganu diay nag strike sila?
Like everyone else...*Rodion begins to whistle a tune* it's all about the money...it's all about the....Originally Posted by dark_phoenix
