Even Pixel 2 is too expensive at the moment. For several years I've been using Xiaomi and Huaway phones. Of course, there's no such a great camerphone as Google Pixel 2/3 but I've solved it by buying a Canon camera for the professional photos. Here's a list of great phones under 400 . Check it out.
