mxing pc100 and 133 sdram is possible pero make sure na auto set ang clock sa ram to 100mhz..
where to set that? BIOS or Jumpers?
try to look at your motherboard manual, both jud ang e set. naa mana mga settings
its okay... just use "Auto by SPD"Originally Posted by wendellmb
the faster module will automatically set timings and speed just like the other module. para magkasinabot ang duha. just make sure wla'y guba sa each module.. coz if naa.. crash jud ang2x na man pud

Also dont forget your motherboard specs on what type of memory they can handle... that should be the first one you'll have to consider... especially older mobos.
And also its more recommend to put identical memory speed on each banks.. that would give optimum performance to your unit regardless of memory size. Plus you would have little problems with overclocking in this kind of setup if its your type.. hehehe.
nothing else would tell u straight in the face than running Memtest on whatever memory combination u have.
if u get NO ERRORS up to Test #8 on 1st Pass, u don't have to ask anybody pa kon OK ba ang imong combination.
Up to now, i couldn't find any other memory test software as reliable as Memtest. And it's still freeware!
Some facts learned from experience:
1. U cannot mix PC100 & PC133 SDRAM all the time without problems, depende sa mobo.
2. Single-sided DIMMS are NOT ALWAYS fully compatible with double-sided DIMMs, depende gihapon sa mobo.
3. Single-sided DIMMs run a little faster than Double-sided DIMMs, for the same memory speed rating.
