naa gym sa cebu holiday spa - as a matter of fact, i think sila ang pinaka-nindot nga gym sa tibuok cebu karon. if your a member, you're entitled unlimited access to their gym with personal instructor, boxing ring with trainor, swimming pool, 250meter covered running area (for those who dont find treadmills challenging enough), artificial rock wall climbing with instructor and belayer, sauna, steam bath, stationary bikes, aerobics sessions & spinning sessions with noy jopson (i think he's a SEA games athlete and won several tour de cebu and tour pilipinas cycling medals - im not absolutely sure lang).

the treadmills, stepper machines, rowing machines and other cardio-machines are especially nice kay almost each one has a TV (with cable) in front of it and you have the remote - you appreciate this kind of leisure if your trying to run 8km or 10km which usually takes from 30 minutes to more than an hour.

membership at holiday spa is at Php 6k for 3 months (naa sila ongoing promo where you get 1 month free if you get this package) - or for walk-in customers, i think its 350 per day for unlimited access na.

dili ko taga holiday spa ha - just a satisfied client.

there is a gym in opon right across asian home appliance..it's a building..2nd floor is para sa taebo/aerobics then 3rd floor for prt purposes..very cheap coz it only cost 600/month for aero&prt and only 400/month for prt.

Go to Cebu City Sports Complex.....10 pesos entrance......10 pesos earobics/ taebo....
