I've tried all of these except for the Pawikan, in fact, I am totally against anyone who has the heart to eat it coz it's an endangered specie.
Conversely speaking, has anybody tried Frogs? ^_^

baka ra na...ideally horse unta pero nihit man ang sa kabayo kay dili man everyday mag ihaw kabayo..

..either ways, pareha ra na ka lami...pilit and gahi2x ang unod..mmmmm

speaking of kabayo... i once passed by a road going to tangke talisay.... there's a carenderia over there that sells kaldaretang kabayo..... i dunno what it tasted like but for sure i wont eat it.... blech! i rather eat the raw one ... hahahahaha (Joke lang ha... hehehehe)

pawikan --- dont like it... langsa kaayo bisan pa guikan pa na sa pasil, wala jud ko ganahi

fresh water turtle (ba - o) --- you might wonder if there's such a menu, naa jud, we tried it once, not knowing that how tragic the soup looked like... you really will lose you appetite just by seeing it, tasted like chicken tho.

sea urchin --- might not be regarded as exotic kay japanese has it on their menu, and i think there's some sold on streets together with the sisi, taklobo, oysters, etc....

frog legs---- chicken na chicken jud cya... lami kaayo.. and i dont think this falls on exotic either.

balut --- tried it once... never liked it... bisan pa nga ingon sila pampagana ug pampa kusug kung mag "ugh ugh" mo... dili ko... unless duck eggs lang nga walay embryo.. . hehehe

soft shelled turtles --- the one you see on magallanes street nga green ang porma all over. swimming along the fishes and not the one that has a red spot on the cheeks... taste like chicken also...

balbacua --- cow's tail... lami pud ni and its fattening...

raw oysters on a half shell --- must be fresh kay its going to be toxic kung dili na ( rare kaayo ni cya)
