NUTECH just contacted me yesterday, at last they gave me a proper update, the reason why they called me was because the issue was heard on the higher ups, and if i'll calculate the time of delay from now, its already been 3months.
Their reason was because the distributor didn't have a stock, and wasn't giving them updates, They said they only processed my request on September.
It wasn't clear to me if the distributor already has a stock for it and is shipping it now, all I know is that they'll call me again for me to claim a graphics card...
