    this is sort of corny but true; when its your time, its your time. no matter what precautions you are taking. Im not talking about death, but to other mishaps in life.

    right on. i'll never know what happens next, but i bring a knife with me anywhere anyway. and as much as possible, i try not to let fear paralyze me.

    but there are instances when, instead of saving ourselves, we end up hurting ourselves. there were people being interviewed by Oprah once, people who shut their love ones accidentally because they thought they were thieves. now that's crazy. and sad. but they can't really blame themselves either.
