Regarding sa book, i do have it bro. In fact, daghan na ko book ni kiyosaki...hehehe and to be honest, lisud i apply ang uban niya teachings...
i did have a fulltime secured job before. Ang akong mentality was that work was getting in the way of business mao ni resign ko. Para nako di man mu matter ang situation bro if clear lang jud imong goal settings and how serious you are in pursuing a world of too much money matod pang kiyosaki.

Boss this is what I have realized lately kay akong stock investment nga gi-manage sa sunlife, lugi na ug 38K in 3 months ra na.

Kung lugi, aw mao nay gi-ingon nga LEARNING experience worth more than an MBA.

No-on pud, I've been into business for nearly a decade already and I've been doing great - thanks to a number of "learning experiences" of course.

UNSAY MAAYONG E-NEGOSYO!?

nga-nga gyud ta anan aning pangutanaha! lol

Mao nay giingon na in investing dapat long term imong goals and dapat you need to study pud and attend seminars about stocks para di ka madala sa imong emotions

Ang naka disadvantage man gud if business rapud imong saligan, wala kay other option if ever ma down imong business..then kasagaran raba sa atoa gikan ug corporate jobs, naka program na daan sa atong mind na magdawat ta every 15 & 30..Here comes na nagbusiness ka then mao gihapon imong mindset (employee mindset), I'm pretty sure na imong business di jud mo last, mao nay nahitabo kasagaran...Ok lng if makabangon, what if dli jud? sayang kaayo ang hinaguan pud na kwarta..Mao nang if naa kay business you have to venture pud the opportunities into the stock market, sayang man ang kwarta nga imong gipakatulog sa bangko, kay syempre if dako kag income sa imong business di man pud na nimo siguro ihurot ug bo-bo sa imong business..naa jud kay something na ispare para imong isave, so if adto ra sa bangko, ang bangko rapud ang maka gain nimo kay for sure ang bangko i invest man pud na nila into somewhere maka gain sila more sa imong magain sa ilaha...Mao nang giingon na "You have to put your money where the banks put their money".

And also I know and met a lot of wealthy people, naa gyud silay mga investment sa stocks and MFs...And one wealthy person said this na "You need Financial Products to become Wealthy".

Para lang nako if successful kaayo imong business ug daghan kag extra cash, pwede man gud ka mag tukod ug mga buildings hotels condos commercial buildings or bangko. Being wealthy is a great achievement pero ang challenge diha is maintaining and protecting your wealth.

You dont need financial products to be wealthy. You need financial education to be wealthy, and these financial advisors encouraging you to invest for the long term in forms of stocks, mutual funds for me is not financial education.

It doesn't matter man siguro if mo-invest ka on stocks, or on pooled funds, or in banks or on physical business jud. What matters i think is ni-work na for you. Kay kahibaw man jud ta nga dili tanang ani mo-work for everybody.

If you find a working "system" to make money work for you, best thing to do is
    ... rinse & repeat
    ... or scale it up
    ... or replicate

my investment strategy that I do now are..
Lending and Cooperative both are PASSIVE INCOME
nag start ko sa cooperative. 2k per month.. with 10% dividend per annum.
    say 2k x 12 months that's 24,000 pag abot ug 12 months + dividend nga 10% sa imong saving naa ka 2,400
so in a year naa naka 26,400..

mao na ang usa ka nahan nako e invest kaysa time deposit nga dapat dako ka ug capital then gamay ra ang percentage per annum..

    next is lending..
nag start ra ko ug 5k
10% per month interest.. mabawi nimo ang 5k in less than a year..

(the power of compounding)

before mo mag sugod sa lending.. be sure naa naka daan buffer fund..
    hope this help.
