Guys what's the best specs for my budget? Can extend up to 60k and really need to build it already before at the end of the month, pwede ra 1 Monitor lang usa 23"-24" 1080p. I really don't know unsa nga GPU akong kuhaon, Quadro cards are really expensive so i think i'll with GTX series nlng usa, what's your suggestion man? Really need your help in building para ani kay naglibog pako sa specs ako i came up. Thanks.

id get a gtx titan if i were you, even a used one. it's a workstation and gaming card in one.

Mas nindot ang FirePro/Quadro kay gihimo man gyud nah para ana pero pwerte sang mahala.

Get AMD "Workstation" A320 APU's and W5100 or older W5000 VC if $$$ is an issue. Xfire once funding is available.
Get best monitor YOU can buy - this is your "bread and butter"(i presume you have display calibrators).

Gaming cards won't do you any better since your "high gamut" monitor isn't design for gaming (i.e. >5ms gtg) and "game tearing" will be unbearable. Gaming cards are tailored for fast FPS, high refresh rate, and multi-monitor setup which you don't require.

Ask "Istoryans" where to get AMD "FirePro" A320 APU's. A320's should be significantly cheaper than i7

Sir Jess_V AMD A320 lisod man pangitaon dri sa Pinas sir especially it's a workstation CPU, wala ko nakakita ani nga CPU in most comp hardware stores here in Cebu, i've decided to get the i7-4790 nlng as suggested by Istoryans, i'm also targetting by getting a Desktop CPU instead of workstation.. and with regards to the card, cancel lang usa ang FirePro and Quadro kay mahal kaao my budget is just limited and set already, so i've decided just to get a GTX card

Sir @keropi i've also heard nga nindot ni syang GTX titan bro especially for rendering, i've seen nga dako iyang Cuda Cores, thanks sa suggestion sir...

70k PHP with 290x in XFire, 256g SSD, Sabertooth mobo, i7 cpu, etc., is a STEAL....monitor na lang kulang

I don't know sa FirePro nuon.

I'll still go for GTX Titan if mahal ra kaayu ang Quadro. Bisag katung 1st Titan lang. I think boss @wylliexhan is selling two of this.

on GPU rendering work loads, stay away from AMD GPUs. most of the rendering applications only supports Nvidia CUDA and not AMD Stream, so, its a no brainier choice ...

mas maka save pa mag multiple GTX 780 on a rendering/animation rig than a GTX Titan... maka save pa ug pas2x pa gyud... mao ni gamit ni bro i.draw.fast...
