I only know one since I have some Korean friends here in Cebu taking TOEFL/TSE.

SME @ Mabolo. I don't know the meaning but I know E stands for Education. So SM Education. As for the fee, No... I don't know. Hope this helps.

how about an agency that will accept registration for the exam?
badly needed man gyud ang third party (agency) labi na sa mga tawo nga walay credit card like me.
online registration ra man gud ang way to take the exam...

Hi. you can search google.
When i took my GRE exam, I search google for agencies givign GRE/TOEFL exams and i found it online, filled up the form online and paid online and they gave me a map and contact number to the exam center here in cebu. Its near casino espanol.

credit card ra jud pagbayad bro..review center naa sad sa manros plaza naa dnha, naa sad sa st. louise breckenridge ang name, naa pud sa CDU HELP ang name sa review center..mao ra ako nanumduman kay dugay naman sad ko wala dd2 sa cebu..balik na ko dnhi sa province hehe..
