Hmm... I think aljoriz means is that the PSP games are more or less the same as the PS version games. The only major difference in interface is that it's portable.

For example - Harvest Moon games. There are HM games for the DS and PSP. the Harvest Moon DS game made use of the DS touchscreen. You can "rub" the animals with the pen (HM is a farming RPG). The mini games also made use of the touch screen. The game had new features because game companies had to alter their game codes to make use of the touchscreen.

The Harvest Moon PS game however is just a remake of one of the Harvest Moon games that game out on the PlayStation. Practically the same game, only that it's modified to play on the PSP.

I'm still waiting for a DS or PSP game that I really want to play, enough to make me spend how much are they again?

Hmm... a PSP remake of FFVII would probably make me buy a PSP.

I'll probably never buy a DS because I have a friend who has one which she hardly ever used. Borrow lang ko sa iyang DS (I just buy the games).

I heard you have to play portable gaming platforms once in a while otherwise maguba ang battery. Is this true?

well, i got 1.5 running homebrew hehe Lumines is always on my unit i'm mostly using my PSP for movies.

This is like comparing apples to oranges. Different strokes for different folks. Get both. The DS isn't very expensive.

Just asking what games are online on the psp?
Have you tested it, what hotspots are compatibel for the psp?

Can you chat while playing a game.. So far there are 3 games on the DS that you can use wi-fi for online or for local lan type of gameplay to wit:
Animal Crossing WW
Mario Kart DS
Tony Hawk Sk8land

AFAIK there are no compatible Wi-Fi hot spot in cebu for DS. Your best bet is to buy a nintendo Wi-Fi Usb dongle for your pc or a Wi-Fi router. The Wi-Fi USB for the ds is sold between 3-4k, and yes I have it and have gone online with MarioKart and Animal Crossing; which is among the best portable games to date.

As of late there are more people going online on animal crossing than for any portable game ever made.
