the developer went bankrupt (due to mismanagement), the bank took over. the property was declared foreclosed and back to post number one.
Nahan sad ta ko makahibaw kung unsa ang mahitabo ani...
I dont know if what im thinking is correct, dili ba mas maayo Boss if adto ka sa "bank" mangutana og unsa'y mahitabo ninyo as buyer sa mga lots? Kay mura'g nahulog na man nga sila ang owner sa property.
By the way, pagsugod ninyo og bayad, wala ba'y kasulatan nga inyo gipirmahan stipulating provisions for bankruptcy of the developer?
One more question specially to property developers diri, wala ba ta'y Insolvency Law ani related to construction contracts & property developers? (Toinks! In the end, sa abogado lang diay gihapon padulong ang ako istorya)
Anyway, im really interested kung unsa-on jud ni.
