I dont know if what im thinking is correct, dili ba mas maayo Boss if adto ka sa "bank" mangutana og unsa'y mahitabo ninyo as buyer sa mga lots?

By the way, pagsugod ninyo og bayad, wala ba'y kasulatan nga inyo gipirmahan stipulating provisions for bankruptcy of the developer?

One more question specially to property developers diri, wala ba ta'y Insolvency Law ani related to construction contracts & property developers? (Toinks!

Pero ang ako lang ani bah, why was 48sqm-haus-owner not given the chance to buy his part of the lot?

I received an offer like this before.
I bought a 101-sqm lot, nya ang land owner also offered me a 50sqm lot beside us but is occupied by my cousin.
I can but i did not accept the offer just to give chance to my cousin. ... just sharing a shorter version of my story...

If he was unaware about the situation, I think and this is coming from someone with a no law background, di ba na siya grounds nga dapat icompensate tong tag-iya sa 48sm house?

Same sa akong situation....

Pagka amew.
