    Ummmm, from what I remember, PAO is for a free legal advice. And based on what TS is saying, "sabutan" is really not under the caretaker's vocab. And they NEED legal advice if papahawaon sila without proper and due process coz they have rights, something the barangay wont be able to tell them about. Unless abogado ang personel nga naa sa barangay. Regardless of sila sila ra, a contract is a contract which binds them, I think TS mentioned that there were witnesses when it was signed, so I think that would be considered as official. Na confused nuon ko, unsa diay kinanglan para ang contract dili mahimong "sila-sila raman personal"?

    Sa akong nahibaw-an kung gusto jud ka ug valid contract, duna jud mu Lease or Rent Contract between sa owner & tenant,mugasto jud ka ug abogado kay ma covered mana sa Civil Code of the Philippines...In the case of the TS murag lisod kay basin ug mas dako pa cya ug gasto sa contract & the lawyer ana kay sa rental niya hehehe.so in short dile na valid sa pao ang personal agreement nila...maka-hatag ra ug advice ang PAO kun unsay angay buhaton...in the end ang owner lang japon sa house ang mu-decide ana.maypa muhawa wa pay gubot...kadaghan bakante nganu mag-antos man.

    mas maayo TS hawa nlang mo para dili na modako ang gubot...kay nagka sumpaki na raba diay mo aning iya pag umangkon...PERO ambot ug unsa sad kahay naka state sa inyong gipirmahan nga contract..kung wala man lang gani conflict sa contract ninyo kung mopahawa mo mas maayo lupad nalang..naay daghan diha...

    Thanks sa mga naghatag sa ilang opinions og advice..Lage basin muhawa nalang mi diri kay kapoy na kau..kami man ilang pressuron if wa silay magamit kwarta, mura man tag di pamilyado ani..mura mig gihimong atm..

    Leizl6, ang sakto jd nimong buhaton is mohawa nalang jd bcn asa pana maabot ang away niyo. Also, lahi raba ang emotional effects kung away2x na nyea naa ramo sa usa ka lugar. Although maka ingon ang uban nga ayaw lang huna2x.a pero d jd ma likayan nga mag lain jd imong buot samot nag magkasugat2x mo.

    So karon palang kung naa naka extra time pangita nalang ug pwede ka balhinan puhon2x.

    I had a landlord who himself is a lawyer. And mao jud ni akong ma-remember while we had a conversation. If you are a paying rentee, if your presence do not pose any danger/harm to nearby rentees, if you are not convicted criminally or a fugitive, and if you are not involved in any illegal activities... The landowner will not have the right to evict you from the premises. Even if naa silay importante nga ipapuyo. It will need a court order, but even the court cannot evict you unless you are compensated fully for vacating the premises. If mupugos gyud sila, the landlord must pay the refund for full, any transfer cost, lipat-bahay services, etc... but this still depends if mu-agree ang rentee.

    Ug naa mo kontrak gipermahan aw kadto maoy basehan, sigurado ko walay pre-termination of lease decided by the lessor. Could be on special cases but most of the time it is the lessee who decide early termination with of course corresponding rental due -a certain amount as provided, that is included on the terms and conditions of the contract.
