Nang apply ko diri for that position. I dunno if ok ba pero mao ni akong feedback:

Ni walk in ko, but prior to that nag coordinate kos HR. Gipa take kog English exam, then typing test. After that ilaha kong gipa balik a week later para sa 'chat simulation'. Sigeg ka disconnect among chat simulation, I don't know why. You will be chatting using real chat tools and NA SUDLAN KOG CUSTOMER. Hahahahaha. Maygani gi transfer ra sa nag handle nako. Ila chat simulation kay about sa product sa ilahang client, Australian website namaligya ug rugby (the sport!) jerseys and other related accessories.

After the chat simulation kay naay taas kaayo na interview with 2 ladies who were from the account. No offense sa ilaha pero na irita kos ilahang mga pangutana, very personal, impertinent ug irrelevant, pero gi tubag gihapon nako ug tarong. Manager daw to sila sa account pero they don't look like one (no offense) sa panamit ug hitsura. Bati pa jud mo chat ug mo English. Na turn off ko.


Anyway wa ko ma dawat (tungud siguro undergrad ko?) or di sila ka afford nako HAHA.. Di sad ka maka ingun nga wa koy experience kay Level 2 chat tech support ko sa una, mas lisod pod 2 na account compared sa ilaha.

Anyway try lang ug apply, basi ma dawat ka. Pero the only thing that impressed me here kay ilahang office ra, nindot ug view. Other than that, walay lain naka impress nako.
