CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k wait for skylake
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 5 wait for skylake
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 1866 MHz CL9 Skylake will be DDR4?
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Boot Drive? If it is trim this down to 120 if main gaming Drive is ok
HDD: Western Digital Black series 3TB if SSD is main gaming drive, then switch this to WD Blue or Green
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 390X (when it gets released)
Case: Cooler Master Storm Trooper
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 1000G2 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular Too OP for the build. get a 750W or 800W

I have considered the X99 platform along with the 5820k. I've also considered waiting for Skylake/Broadwell, which is what I might wind up doing.
To answer @hexovette's question; Depending on which route I go, the Z97 build will cost me roughly $1370 not including the Graphics Card which translates to 61k php (because I don't know how much the 390X will be priced at upon release, although rumors are saying around the $599 price point). So overall, I'll be spending roughly $2000-$2100 by my estimates, with wiggle room to go for an X99 platform if I want. Which translates to around 90-95k php. I do agree, the PSU is overkill but I want headroom for upgrades in the future. Although I might just settle for EVGA's 850W version which is like $45 cheaper.
As far as storage goes, for what I'm spending, I don't want compromise. WD Black series drives are some of the best mechanical drives on the market, I'd get Blue series drives, but they don't make them larger than 1TB. The 250GB SSD is so that I can put some games on it that will benefit more from the reduced latency of the SSD.
@ bro robz0996,
on your level of budget, go straight for the Intel "Extreme" variant i7s...
Paytera sa build.. Nc..

I will post pics, although it might take some time.

Go for the latest one where skylake is the next future. Yaw langsa pag dali dali, dali raba kaayo ma pan-os ang technology ron, in just a couple of months behind dayon. Mao ni undang nako anang bisyoha lisod kaayo.
^ Sakto jud ni. Dali kaayo musaka/muubos ang presyo. Taud2 naay mugawas, naa say ma discontinue. Dapat futureproof jud ang ma purchase as much as possible.
