pero if tomgu na jud ang bata ang alay duol na station..haha...aw wa jud mahems...anywhere...anytime...

ok ra ang cover if anad ang bata..if dli ganahan aw...itabon nalang gamay ang sanina..lol

1. we do know how much milk we produce. your baby determines the amount of milk he/she needs.

lets say that you pumped milk and you only got less than an ounce. you will be frustrated because you'll think that your baby doesn't get enough and now you top up with formula and after a 4oz. bottle that has given your baby burps and sleeps.

your baby sleeps because Formula is packed with sugar and additives and it is heavy to their system. think of eating lots and lots of unbalanced food in one meal diba heavy ang feeling? then you will feel drowsy after. ingon ana pud ang baby. so better give him or her the correct nutrition.

2. an ounce you give formula to your baby, an ounce pud na mabawas sa imo milk supply.. until d na ganahan si baby mu didi nimo..

yes ma baligya ang gatas. but consencia na lang nimo its P220-250 per 100ml..

about vaccines.. lahi2x man jud tag perspective so OT ra na

anyways ang milk kay same ra ug taste, yes sakto it will depend on what you eat that could give the taste sa milk. but its a myth na sweet or salty ang each breast..

I'm a working mom and a good number of working moms often encounter challenges when it comes to maintaining their milk supply. This is the reason why some will often end up supplement with formula.

Not all companies are breastfeeding friendly...event hospitals that are supposed to be breastfeeding friendly do not give enough opportunity for their nursing employees to pump at work and maintain their supply.

I must say I am happy I decided to resign from a health institution and transfer to a CPO company. I get to pump at my station with no time limitations, no time pressure...which helped a lot.

I did experience a dip in my supply. What I did to bring it up is power pumping. I use my pump as a single breast pump even if it can be used as a double pump because it is easier to travel with 1 horn only...

to power pump using a single pump...
I pump each breast for 10 minutes (alternately) for an hour

Wow kanindot anang exclusively bfeeding na for more than a year oi. Congrats TS! Unta makalahutay sad ko ug ingon ana. Therefore basa jud ko tanan info about this subject, including this forum which is empowering gyud for new moms like me.

One month and one week pa ako baby karon, nag mix feed lang ko kai naa gyud times nga two hours na nag tangag ako baby, wla man gihapon nahuman. Mao na mag timpla nlng ko ug formula sad. Huhu mu dry up ba ni ang milk sa ato breast? Naningkamot jud ko ug BF maskin sakit/hapdos ako right nipple kay lage nindot man ang benefits. In fairness pud sa ako baby, paraygon kaayo nko. So maskin sakit, kinakaya!

Share pud mo diha sa inyo stories. Only 1 out of 5 moms ra bia ang nagpa breastfeed every time manguTana ko randomly sa ako mga kaila. Tsk2.

BTW, what are the events/activities this coming Breastfeeding Month? Bcn pwede ta maka participate ana

Another question, where else man nga public place ang naay breastfeeding station? Sa SM ra lage ako naantayan, kanang near sa Sunburst.

naa sa ayala sa rustans sa near grocery and sa kids department and sa ilang family lounge

naa lain sa sm katong sa may new wing...but mas ganahan ko dha sa may sunburst kai dli samok...

when all else fails...breastfeed in public...but if the little kiddo is curious expect nalang jud na ma expose ang boob kai mu unlatch jud ug manglili sa palibot

I started breastfeeding my son 5 days after he was born...

first 5 days sa iya life naka formula cya..

he was born close to midnight via cs so the next day gbaklay nako ang nursery kai ako cya gpalatch...

didn't know if naa xa nakuha...kai as what I've read sahay ma delay ang milk ug abot if cs...

on the 5th day niagas ako milk since that day we never looked back...and wala na katilaw ako anak ug formula from then on..

even when he had sepsis which was initially diagnosed as an allergic reaction sa ako gi.eat...nirefuse jud xa sa bottle and formula..so gipa latch nako cya ghapon..

turns out..sepsis d.i...sakto ra ako cya gpalatch..unlimited latch...kai naka sugakod intawn sa high fever and all..

turning one this july 29


hmmm..if you want to succeed sa breastfeeding you will have to learn to trust your body jud..topping off with formula is one reason why dli mulahutay ang breastfeeding..

there are many reasons why babies like to hoard your boobies...read on that

swertian lang jud ko kai once g.introduce nko ako baby sa bottle (bottles not really recommended) wala jud cya nag nipple confusion...

naay daghan breastfeeding event next month. basin ganahan mo mag join sa hakab na sa ayala center on august 1 at 10AM. free registration. register sa cebu breastfeeding club na facebook group. naa pud sa capitol on august 1 whole day event naa si jolina magdangal ngadto pero wa ko nagpa register ky basin kapoyon na ako baby sa ayala event plus init kaayo mobalhin from ayala to capitol
