my advice for you boss would be quite hard, but, i believe this would really help. i'd ask you to make the first move regardless kung kinsa niuna ug cut sa communication. when you do that, it would show her that you have moved forward and you are ready to be friends with her.

on the other hand if we'd consider her part, maybe wala pa cya ka move forward kaau or she has her reasons. kung unsa man gani reason nya, iyaha ra sah to. for now just be the bigger man, since ikaw man naready una, if dili pa sya ready then you have let her be for now, but dont close yourself. ready ra gihapon ka when the day comes na she's reaching out for you to talk to her.

There is nothing wrong with it TS. If you think both of you would be good friends then go for it. It is actually a very good thing you are ready to do the 1st move base on your statement. You could always use a company like hers since she knows you more than some of your friends. Just make sure if you have someone present right now you will be open about it and always make sure you let your present feel that she is the one and not the previous one.
