i had a bad experience with arctech. the lady forced me to buy an outdated gigabyte motherboard for my p4 2.4b without driver cds and bundled software. they offered to let me upgrade it for a fee of course since i was planning to buy a videocard upgrade but never heard from them since. once they get your money, goodbye. im stucked with this old 845 chipset. i could have gotten an 865 for the same price.

TO EVOTYPER
excuse me sir, in the first place we offer asus motherboard model Asus P4GE-MX with audio video & lan on board but u need board w/ AGP 8x ,again we gave u Asus P4U800-X with audio & Lan and of kors with AGP 8x on it. but ur not confident with the price, ur lookin for a cheapest one. So we offer u again another board which suit on ur desired specs and budget. BUT, wa ka gi force to buy the item its ur decision naman d ba? nakakita man ka sa item how come nga ni buy ka kun d nimo gusto ang item?

just want to share my experience. i have heard this same problem here sa istorya by one of the istoryans sad. here it goes, i called them up to ask for a price of a certain product they told me a certain price when i went there the price was changed dramatically i mean it was a big change as in gyud. i have heard about this problem so atleast this is the second time that happen so if the first one was corrected why did it happen again?. maybe just maybe it is their "MO" to attract customers. i know that management has no total control over their employees. m not going to name names but i think the management know who i am talking about or the management must know who.(wala man lain tig tubag dira and give out prices ba). so if other customers experience this or other problems even in other comp shops hope they share it out para ma correct(if management do something bout it).

Naa man jud price difference if mo buy ka in volume compare to 1 pc lang d ba? If d ka comfortable sa price na ghatag nimo ngano wa man sad ka nangutana sa tawo naka answer nimo sa fon?

u just cannot please everybody. no matter what ur intentions are, there will also be complaints, as well as praises.

give me a computer company not only in the phils, but worldwide that has never had a complaint.

just try to negotiate your problem and dont jump to conclusions.

hey about that "silver paint/compound kit something"... try to research in the internet kung unsay USE ana bai b4 typing any of your experiences blah...blah...blah... its called arctic silver... try google or yahoo... i guess every computer enthusiast knows that!

about that motherboard you bought na you said that it was an old model.... hey didnt you ask their technical before buying that if its a new model or not? i guess you can... u can even let them research it through the net.... and lastly, you knew that it was an old model... then y did you let that lady force you to buy it... i guess its just plain common sense...

dude... the guy had a bad experience... give the guy a break...have you ever felt like that before na they're taking advantage of your innocence? not everybody is like you! so if thats what he felt when he bought item let it be... after all if he is wrong then you got a loyal customer there...

lolz, sabta sa ug tarong bay unsay gipasabot before ka mang correction... di ko bogo na wala kaila ug "arctic silver" doh and thats not what i meant. it was a silver overclocking kit (forgot the actual name) which was used to connect the broken dots/pins ibabaw sa cpu to unlock the multipliers of old duron/athlons especially palomino cored-chips which they sold before @ about P800+...

again,ayaw pataka ug sabat ug wala ka makasabot....
