There are two types of combustion. A Good Combustion and a Bad combustion. This is the main reason why vehicles need emission tests. And why the government is phasing out older engine models.

For the good one, exhausted from the combustion chamber we have Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen (HO), Particulate carbon soot (C) , carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen. This is okay, in minor levels.
