For now sony vegas pro 12 ako gamit. Later sguro mag practice ko using After effects and premier. Since im more on the directing side rather sa fx side. And how much difference ni sya time wise? Lets say if 30mins ang render time not using cuda?

^ sa ana bro, mura'g mag depende na's CPU pud... dili ko suhito sa Sony Vegas but i'm pretty sure, need sya'g powerful multi-core CPU... sa ani na case, intel's i7, Xeon or the 8 core AMD FX series will do the job nicely for Sony Vegas Pro...
sa GPU performance on Vegas Pro, mura'g elbows to elbows nang offerings from AMD ang Nvidia ana nya... grating, competitor models sila. but personally, no idea ko kay wla ko maka gamit sa ani na apps... huwat ta'g comment sa uban...Last edited by lloyd_joy; 10-26-2014 at 11:57 AM.

Sa karon I can't afford past i5 pa. Di pa gani ko sure if I'll go with the k version kay mejo ga budget pa. Not sure if mutabok ko ug amd's fx tho. Mejo na bias ko sa intel. Sguro upgrade lng hinay2 till mka i7 and decent ram

^ sa imoha na case bro... pag intel i7 or Xeon na lang gyud... video editing man gyud ang application nimo sa rig... fact man ni sya, faster sya compared sa 8 core FX series ug mas lower ang power consumption... AMD Piledriver micro-architecture is no match for intel's Haswell micro-architecture... this is a fact man gyud... negosyo man ni imoha... so, go with the "best" technology that the "present" time can offer...

Noted sir. Ako try inaton ang budget for i7. Dili nuon ni entirely workstation. I game mostly pag wla work or pag tapulan. Need decent specs for both worlds.

check lang pud sa Sony Vegas Pro 12 bro... mo utilize man sya'g OpenCL for GPU acceleration... AMD GPUs shine's on this GPGPU computation...
yeah, your i7 choice for your application and a bit of gaming would be great!
kun naa pa lang ron AMD FX series on Steamroller cores... pagka nice lang pud unta... kaso, wla man sila'y gi release man gud... ang mga bag-o na gi release sa FX series are still based on the Piledriver micro-architecture pa man...

kanang mga problems nga imo nakit.an kay murag isolated raman na. Wala man kaayo mga users naka experience ana using the same card.

So far, ganahan kaayo kos perf niya! Wala koy mabantayang noise from cards bisag muabot nana sila'g 99% @ Ave 65ºC (79ºC Max temp recorded) air cooling rapa gyud na. Pero naay difference if imung CF set-up is x16x4(PCIE 3.0 ug 2.0) vs x8x8(Both PCIE 3.0). Stable siya sa x8x8 set-up kaysa sa x16x4 nga mag-stutter2 gyud. They're cool-looking, and enough ra ang kadak-on. Gamer's sweet spot!

share lang ni nako....mao sad ni nga card akong plano unta nga paliton pero naa ko amigo nga nag trabaho og pc shop diri sa cebu ni ingon xa nga naa sila baligya sa una R9 270x Devil nga nahalin nya gipa warranty wala pa kaabot og 1 week kay naguba kuno, sa ingon ana nga sitwasyon, unsa inyong ikasulti bahin ana? mao nga naglibog na sad ko sa akong paliton....

maayo gyud kung standard 1 year store warranty. medyo mahal ang naa sa retail store pero medyo dilikado man gud kung mogasto ta 4-5k upwards para sa short warranty period.
