I got mine at rc goldline in SM two weeks after the flare 3 came out in July and it has been working for me. Yes the battery runs low faster then some phones but thats the only problem it has.

I'm using one. I'm not really sure ngano pero pag akong thumb mas nindot iyang response compare kung uban nakong mga tudlo akong gamiton. Dali ra sad siya malobat, suuuper kadali. Nya ang tulo ka capacitive buttons sa ubos mukalit lang ug siga bisan naka-off ang phone or wala nako ginagamit. Ako siya i-return sa CM later, ako lang na notice sa CM products tsamba-tsamba lang gyud sa quality sa ilang products.

Wala pa niabot ako giorder hehe tsamba tsamba rjud ni. Last nako CM smartphone gipahulat ko 4 months guba screen. Ayaw lang pod intawon ni Flare hahaha

Naa ko flare s3. Mura mag iphone ang battery pas pas kaayo madrain hahaha but other than that, phone is perfect. Haha mas gamiton pa nako kesa sa ako 5s lol
