Cebu is a potential city and he is a potential leader maorag maayo ug resulta.
Pero daghan siya ug challenges nga atubangon like the political and business climate in Cebu, it's very complicated I guess compared with Davao. To be successful a Mayor should have the full support of his immediate subordinates,the people, the business sector, and with those ranking politicians like the provincial governor and the district congress representative.
