You can ask about the case why naa kay hit. Even if you have 2 or 3 given names, basta naa lay isa ana then same surname sa person with case, hit dayon na.

In my case, got 2 persons with the same name as me, one is charged with illegal possesion of opium and the other is charged with statutory rape.
