LTE on Smart is not that widespread even in IT PARK.. dakop2 iyang LTE and usually it toggles to 4G then LTE... its NOT SMOOTH ALL THE TIME LTE CONNECTION jd. Depende ra na sa area and even if that are has LTE coverage.. it does not guarantee all the time that you will get LTE connection all jud.

What Phone are you using to connect LTE from smart. If HTC imo phone then you are out of luck kay most HTC one na unit will not work with smart network, They do work with Globe LTE network.

Kanang g2 nga dli kakuha ug lte nga cgnal it's a firmware issue. Try to search the xda threads. Flash rka ug custom rom or access the lte toggle via the secret menu.
