It also depends on what type of job it is and a lot of other factors. But it all still boils down to beauty, bisan pa tingali og ako mang interview, mas hatagan dyud nako og dakog importansya ang gwapa, of course kanang wala say sabit, I mean, dili sad kanang grabeh kaau ka bugo, trainable per say. And second factor would be the sexyness, another big plus.

Last week, hubby and I went to this restaurant, our waiter was super guapo, murag pang Hollywood ang nawong. Ang ending, I gave him a 25% tip. I tried to justify it by telling myself that he was an excellent waiter, but then we've had great waiters before and the most I've ever given was a 20% tip. As much as I hated to admit it, I gave him the extra tip coz I enjoyed looking at him.

Without a doubt, it does. Apart from good looks, being tidy and presentable also matters. Pero IMO what matters most kay how qualified you are for the job. Good look is a +++.
