Besides the inaccuracy, This file was supposed to be deleted and recovered but as you can see there is no date when it was deleted. I have a theory why this happen.

cguro daghan jud hadlok aning mga files ni Luy. ang atong nahibaw-an lang nga gikasohan kay based lang sa COA audit nga from 2007-2009. pero ang mga files ni Luy kay earliest pa up to 2013. so daghan mapagan ani sa PNOY admin kay covered sa mga files ang from 30 June 2010 to April 2013. basi mao to ang gi-delete para ang makita lang ang before 30 June 2010.

First the inaccuracy:

The file "2010-Bigote_NLDC Authority and Endorsement Request-50-MAMFI 25M and AMFI 25M-G-10-07926 dated November 24, 2010.doc" was created around November, 2010 but as you can see here:

So either someone made that file deliberately around July, 2013 for reasons unknown to me. And I am sure there are still files similar to this incriminating other person. It more like a planted evidence.

The most probable suspect who tampered with the evidence is the NBI under the DOJ under Pnoy. For me Rojas and the rest where forcibly ejected from office because they are TRUTH seekers.

And then about this theory of deletion/recovery:

It was never deleted in the hard disk. This "alleged deleted/recovered" is a saving grace for NBI hoping they could get away with "suppressing" evidence. NBI made it look like it was deleted and recovered.

NBI is so "BANGA" and not thinking of a possibility that some people in this case PDI have a copy of the said HDD.

Pagkabaw sa NBI nga naay kopya ang taga PDI, unya nakita sa taga PDI nga naay missing files, then nag himo2x dayon ug storya ang NBI nga gi "delete" daw unya ila gi "recover".
