Ramon Fernandez, Robert Jaworski, former San Miguel representative Bert Manlapit and Chito Narvasa were named candidates.

Could the grounds be because he had an "extramarital affair with a married woman"? That sounds to lame for the PBA. I'm pretty sure there's more behind this. Conflict of interests maybe? Eala was ousted 6-3 votes. Talk N' Text, Red Bull, Alaska, Air21, Sta. Lucia and Coca Cola all voted Eala out while San Miguel Beer, Ginebra and Welcoat opted him to stay.

What I noticed is that SMB and Ginebra are among the teams who wants Eala to stay. Isn't these two teams are the teams who got a lot stronger and acquired a lot of key players last season? And both are from SMC? Wait, where's Purefoods in the votation?

makoy smc teams only has 3 representatives in the pba board of governor....i dont know ngano na cya....while welcoat abstained...

anyway the pba has apppointed sonny barrios as an interim pba commissioner....i dont know until when iyahang services cguro after the first conference nxt season!
