    O'really ?

What did you think of it ?

How does it compare to other units in LGF2 ?

    Fairly good.
The price is a bit high honestly because of the location. We have development category.
But then, I just respect of owner rate. As you mention professionally done.
I think there is a client that will match your unit.

What is the going rate for La Guardia Flats II ?

I try to fit out my condos the same way I would want them to be if I lived in them. I figure if I am willing to spend a little more on the furnishings and appliances, I want to rent to someone that can appreciate quality.

It is hard to compare units in the same building unless they are totally bare. Once an owner does the fit out, it totally changes the price they charge for rent. Also what floor and direction the unit faces.

But I am open to know what other unit owners are charging for a high end fitted out condo in LGF II.

    Hi Sir,
    Thanks for your input.
LGF2 has more units for choose it depends on client preference.
PhP 25k is a best rate of your unit already includes the condo dues and cable. Having a quality and high-end furnishing is plus for your unit.
High end fitted out and floor is just an option for a client but if you offer a good rate then that would a another option for them.
Client 1st consider is location. There some studio unit is small for them..
Yes right sir, there is a right client for your unit.
    Sure I will offer that.

I could do 25K a month based on a year lease, but since the broker fee is based on 1 month, the brokers will have to decide.

Are there any other brokers here who deal with rental properties ?

[QUOTE=DonCebu;16413167 the brokers will have to decide. [/QUOTE]..?? its mostly advisable sir to cater and serve the need of client based on their budget allocation. We consider client end because just renting not owning the unit.

    Does the equivalent of:

    1 Year lease = 1 month commission
    9 Month lease = 3 week commission
    6 Month lease = 2 week commission
    3 Month Lease = 1 week commission

    .... look correct ?
