@TS, thanks for creating this thread. Previously, I suggest @mang kulas to create this one for discussion sake. For all we know, one step to CHANGE is to select qualified and competent leaders. And I agree with you that this is not an early stage to discuss topic such as this since for so many years we've been experiencing that a year prior the Presidential elections became the time for psywar, black propagandas and mind conditioning where voters will be swayed in voting those incompetent leaders or those who are after of power.
