    Naa ko depression just last month pero relieved na kay calm na akong thoughts. lol Nagka panic attack jud ko about rabies pero ni ingon man ang nurse nga d ko dapat ma worry mao to mga pila ka days nibalik na ang normal me.

    Kaduha nako nakaagi ug dugay2x nga depression, pag highschool ug college and
    I would highly recommend nga before having deep thoughts(usually negative jud na) try to look at the positive side and if possible try to ask yourself sa nganung depressed ka, then if di njud nimu kaya, talk to your psychiatrist labi na ug mag suicidal thoughts naka.

    Avoid caffeinated nga mga drinks kay maglisud ka ug sleep and try drinking milk before you sleep.
    As much as possible, likay jud sa mga medicine for depression kay daghan biya users ana magpangita na then uban ma resistant kay cge na ug gamit. Mga teens sa US ang grabe kaau mugamit ana.
    Indulge yourself in activities you love , that way you'll think less of problem.
    If ready naka, face the problem. Ayaw cge'g worry kay maglisud noon kag solve sa problem.

    ask yourself why are you depressed, what makes you depressed? if you know the answer share it with someone na masaligan nimo. Don't keep it to your self, mas better na kay accountability partner to avoid doing things na maka pa worst sa imo situation. Also, pray for guidance and strength, pour out everything that bothers you, God always listen.
