    A fat burner is not a magic pill. It may have some thermogenic effects but it isn't that significant. Lets say for example the thermogenic effect of a fatburner increases your metabolism by burning an additional 200 calories(rough estimate, no studies have been to measure the effects of fatburner in TDEE) a day. Without exercise and nutritional modification, it would take roughly 17 days(200 calories x 17 days = 3,400 calories) before you can burn 1 pound of fat(1lb fat = 3500calories).

    I'm not saying fat burners don't work, but if you see them as a magic pill for fat loss, you are wrong. If you're willing to spend money on a fat burner, you might as well use that money to buy the right foods and improve overall health, not just lose weight. Lifestyle modification and exercise will always be the BEST fat burner out there!

    I agree. I've tried this calorie deficit thingy and it worked for me. One cup rice nalang jud ko but more on veggies and fruits aron busog. Then chicken ug fish. 30 minutes of jogging (at least) way undang -- moderate to intense nga pacing. Drink plenty of water. Cold water helps burn more calories. Di na tinuod nga makadako ug tiyan ang bugnaw nga tubig.

    Hi sis! came across ur thread lang..hehe wudnt advise taking supplement to lose weight. maka affect man gud na sa thyroid nimo ma hyperactive thus , naai uban mo enlarge ang thyroid kay gi alter ang metabolism..maski mo ana pa ang uban na its perfectly safe to use and unsa pa , naa jud nai side effects because ofcourse, chemical components we have no idea about. my sister has done that, maayo gani na normalize pa iya thyroid gland..ni hubag as a result of taking those diet pills cherva. best way to lose weight is always diet nd exercise..hehehe piece of advise lang, naa rasad ninyo if ganahan jud mog diet supplement.s hehe god bless!

    depende ra sa taw brad.. if ikaw ang type nga mag palpitate sa kanang brewed coffee sa mga coffee shops like starbucks or KK, ayaw nalang tumar ani hehe.. ang caffeine content gud sa fatburner kay taas kaayo.. as ive said, saona lipo 6 black ako gi take pero daghan side effects if dili ko sington, pero kaning hydroxycut karon wala raman side effects.. take recommended dosage lang gyud.. pwede gani less than recommended dosage depende ragyud asa ka comfortable, mailhan raman na nimo kung kuwang imo dosage kay dali raman ka maluya during jogs/weight training

    i tried hydroxycut, lain kaau akong pamati, restless nga murag light headed nga ambot, wala nako mo usab. change of lifestyle jud kay ako ga yoyo akong weight. once mo attain ang desired weight, balik sa eating habits, balik nasad ug burot. hahay, kapoy baya
