Dili sila ganahan mo distinguish between illegal pyramiding scheme ug legitimate MLM.
Basta pangita og local MLM kuno nga ni-attempt magpa-member sa DSA. Wala. Mahadlok man sila ma-expose ang ilang true purpose.
Pero look at Avon, Usana, Herbalife and some other MLMs nga member sa DSA. Ginagmay tinuod ang kitaan, pero consistent. Ikaw nga ga-deal, gi-preserve nimo ang imong pangalan kay di ka mauwawan.

I don't think so bro. Sa legitimate MLM, people or downlines are needed to move products, and they have a real customer base, customers who really use the product and who do not wish to participate in the business.Originally Posted by oninrocks
Sa existing binaries dili sa Pilipinas, it's not the case. There are more members than customers, and local binaries do not really have a customer base. Why would I buy a Nestle product from a member when I can buy the same product sa tapad nga tindahan? Besides, ang ilang company, sige lang saad moabot na ang stock, pero wala gyud. Besides, dili na tinuod nga MLM kay ang product mismo, dili unique; I mean, naa na daan sa market, unya gibuhatan lang og compensation plan for members.
There is a pattern: company A is dying, and so those at the top create company B, and add a bit of flavor to their marketing plan. When company B is operating, those remnants from company A create company C, again adding a bit of flavor to newly created company B's plan. Why? Because they know they can make money by being the "pioneers." Real intention is to make as much money from downlines, not the product, and after 3-5 years, leave the company for dead because they can't get any more members.
I hope these companies die right away so legitimate MLMs can exist fairly. Peace

I strongly agree with heintz. Does not mean kung fast money people have to go into it. Your integrity as a person is at hand.
If you recruited people in a pyramid scheme, would you think they still see you as someone credible?
I know of a person from davao who has been in 3 networking "pyramid/binary" companies, i joined him last time from the previous company but now he's in Igen and i turned him down kay binary nasad and i dont really see him as a person who is credible and of integrity even though he apologized for getting me from the previous company I joined him in which was a scam.
What's happening is in manila, people in the top who has a binary organization na from binary companies transfer from one company to another kung asa ang bago, and they bring their whole group to that new company. Seems like creating a dynasty of some sort. Just like Kintanar, im sure in his new company, most of his downlines from Igen transferred na sad and of course who gets all the income? obviously the person on the top.

@ heintz - you are right in the points that you've shared bro. They just jump from one group to the other and as soon as they, the "pioneers", see that the company is dying then they move and create a new company. I attended one of those "business opportunity meeting" where Jun Kintanar said that "This will be the last company that I will be at", the funny thing is that I heard him say that twice already. Seems to me that he only uses his name to rally people from one company to the next and all the while taking adavantage of being on top.
@xyberblue - Yes bro. Daghan na sila gi apilan and right now they are also positioning people for their new company called AIM which is composed of the topsellers from IGEN, Legacy, First Quadrant and some others. You do earn some amount or more but if you follow them around you will need to have a thick-face to face those people you recruited who did not even get back their capital/registration fee/qualifying fee.

				Oninrocks,
I do not mean to disrespect binaries. The trouble is not with the system but with the companies that use it. Usana is an example of a legitimate MLM that uses binary and it has broken the 5 year itch. Why? Because it's not recruitment based, but rather, product based. Besides, Usana offers unique products, even manufacturing their own.
I think we are not the ones disrespecting the binary system. It's the unscrupulous "pioneers" who jump from company to company, even designing their own just to be on top. How many downlines ever get back their money anyway?
Again, I'd like to point this out. Look up these locally-established binaries if they are members or at least applicants of DSA (Direct Selling Association). DSA ha, dili DSAP (Direct Selling Association of the Philippines) kay ang DSAP, infant organization pa pag-abot sa Direct Selling; dili pa gyud serious.
Nganong DSA man? For the sole reason nga ang mo-apply og magpa-member sa DSA are companies that are really serious with their business, whose aim is to move their products worldwide, and who are confident enough of their compensation plan that they are willing to submit it to the DSA for probation of between 6 months to 1 year.
Tell me kung kita kag FQ, Igen, Yamato ug Legacy didto. Kung kita ka, I might join.
Peace.
