Need help on a Video Editing/Gaming/Multitasking Rig under 20K

Processor: Intel i5-3570
Motherboard: Asus PH8H61-M LX PLUS
HDD: Kingston 4GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz 500GB
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GT 630 2GB 128-bit DDR3
ATX Casing Generic 600 Watt Power Supply

i dont have actual pricelists at-the-moment so general suggestions lang ni sya akoa, im assuming general video and photo editing lang ni ha...

procie - good choice na ni
motherboard - good choice considering price budget
hdd - 4gb ram is not an HDD. for HDD might need 3 at least, 1-OS, 1-work drive, 1-scratch disk. SSD on scratch would be better but medyo mahal na but worth it if this is already on a professional level editing.
RAM - 8gb, although 16gb or greater is better
graphics - this is good assuming more editing than encoding ni sya.
psu - dri daghan ang "FAIL" when building a cheap system unit. generic psu is never an option. just look for a known brand with good or quality product, dili necessary mahalon sya.

mao jud gahulat ko sa master unsa iya opinion. I was thinking sad mag AMD nalang kaha tungod sa cores, am thinking of buying an 8core.. maau ang Athlon or Phenom? D;

I need clarification on this vin. If ang specs nimo, processor is AMD, you can't upgrade to intel?

pwede man ka mag intel platform, ani na lang intel platform lang imo i buy pero low end procie lang sa, para ig upgrade nimo say months lang (ayaw huwata na naa na sad mogawas new na socket) para procie na lang imo upgrade with the same socket na imo current.

Consider jud na ilang mga suggestion sis. Okay na bya imong build. I do vegas (occasionally) and PS also at the same time. A dualcore can even do the job, pero mag lisod na ka og multitask kung mag render na og video. I'm an AMD user, but I suggest you stick with Intel. And yeah, dapat quality PSU jud imo gamiton kay mamatay jud sa stress ang generic.

am using a 1st gen iCore series and kick ass pa gyud ghapon, ive paired it with a radeon and payts ra man.
