hi ichigo! it's called the Thermojetics products. Thermojetics meaning, for the body's inner wellness. wanna know more? i'll PM u.![]()
agwantahon. kung madalag katug i katulog. kung dili madala mo laag ko so i could walk around.
i've heard that there are pills sold in the market today that would delay your period for a few months and even a year. is this true? if it is then i have to say it's weird..
@Luthienne: ngeh! weird jud! d man siguro na maau na pill. What's the name of the pill and which company was it from? I don't think that's a good idea, really!
There are lots of supplements out in the market which is very very effective and I know one na makawala jud sa pain.. no muscle cramps. The only problem is medyo mahal siya but it's really good for the health.
it usually helps when you are active, like working out or just a 30 min walk 3x a week
i can't remember pitsay. i just read it on a magazine. don't know what magazine either. or perhaps it was on the internet. and there were comments that it was quite good. but i never will try that pill. mupay mao na lang nay naka pa babay nako, wagtangon pa jud. hehe.
agree with pitsay... di mana maayo i-delay ang period.
I took something from china... a chinese capsule. Since then, wa nakoy dysmenorrhea... forgot the name... basta sa shenzhen china nako napalit. It's herbal so it's probably good and I have been regular na since then.
bitaw, as much as possible, try natural remedies for every pain that you feel kaysa using synthetic ones na naa'y side effects...![]()
very rarely ra ko magka-dysmenorrhea. thankfully. but when it happens, antoson nalang nako. maghilak ko's kasakit. kung matunong ug weekend, i'll sleep through it. but ang best prevention dyud is exercise.
Never try any pills or medication(medicine) or any herbal treatment without you doctors advice. Some of the world's deadliest poisons are natural and herbal. Certain chinese 'herbal meds' contain hormones. Some even contain heavymetals(dili rock band hehehe) and other substances that are not labeled.
Regular exercise may decrease the incidence or the severity of dysmenorrhea. Analgesics may help but please do not take more than the recommended dose. Some can cause liver damage.
Kung sige ang disme nimo, palihug kunsulta sa doktor kay na-ay disme nga dili ordinaryo ug kinahanglan ug medical attention.
