i hade an ex saona nga hawod kai mamalikas ... buwagan ditso oi , tried to help her gidala nako sa anger management sa vicente sotto had 6 months therapy once a week pwero nibalik ra ghpon ,, byaan oi kapoi ....
When it comes to pamalikas, I was raised by my family... we're tagalogs and among us three siblings, ako ray gianak sa mindanao, all of them are pure ones from Luzon. I grew up eating profanity for breakfast, which became normal for me. for some reason... And then I hung out with guys and my basketball buddies and drinking buddies and DotA buddies in CDO. Needless to say, they're sailor mouths. Tanang pamalikas nadunggan na nako nila... It wasn;t that bad kay sagulan mag joke.
But when it comes to pamalikas na gikan sa isa ka suko na uyab or somebody really important to you who uses profanity associated with anger... dara na musakit sa buot!
It feels like an invisible knife stabbing your heart, twisting your gut and an intangible bullet that blows your head off...
It's that painful!
I don't wanna feel the same pain, therefore I just stay silent and ostracize when Im on a fight with a loved one. maybe I'd go shopping, hang out with my girlfriends, work out or just simply pour my emotions over blogs and threads (istorya.net!) and sometimes, I sketch or just listen to really loud music... There's so many outlets to your anger rather than pasakitan ang uyab through pamalikas....
Just a piece of advise... never react immediately under influence of alcoho, drugs or INTENSE EMOTIONS.... because they tend to alter what comes out of your mouth... It alters your choice of words...
When you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all unless you've cleared your head already.
----Good Vibes!
sakit jud if naay mamalikas nako especially someone you love..like you TS i was raised by my parents without those words..even cla dli jd cla mamalikas bisan unsa pa nila kalagot..so i was brought up not hearing it but then you're not bound in your house always..you also go to other places na common lang ang pamalikas..sometimes they use it without intending to hurt someone kay lage they use it as their expression na..and sometimes they can't help when they feel so angry..
so instead of taking it in, assess first if what his background is..basin ing.ana jd xa if masuko..so just let it slip at that very moment then just tell him if kalma na xa na "namalikas ra ba ka sa akoa"..and i'm sure it wasn't intentional..
babae: ..kasweeeeet
babae: hon, nahilabtan bya nako imong computer, naguba..sorry kaayo ha?
lalaki: ok lang na babe.. walay problema
after sa minyo:
lalaki: YAWA KANG BAYHANA KA! DIBA GIINGNAN TIKA NA DILI NA HILABTAN YAWAA KA!
babae: PTANG INA! WALA NAKO NA GIHILABTAN!
