Gibaligya as subdivision pero dili diay rehistrado sa HLURB. Paeta!
I am very sorry for your bad experience sir, I cannot speak in behalf of Psalm Properties since I am not the owner of the company but In case you do not know:
1. Psalms Property has already delivered more than 60 subdv projects, if they have problems on their papers, projects and other documents they wouldn't last 15 years.
2. Psalm Property sells "AFFORDABLE LOTS, with No INTEREST". It means this is a low-cost project do not expect your subdivision to be delivered like Aboitiz, Primary Homes, Ma. Luisa and etc. You are a homeowner, you are also responsible for its property management.
3. Not all subdv. projects are to be registered in HLURB esp. when developer acquired and converted it from not alienable to alienable property. (gi simply lng nako ang terms para dali mo kasabot)
4. This is Develop by D'Rock and Jar Ventures, the Contractor is Psalms so do not expect the same management (Read & Understand before you react)
5. I've been in this industry for 5 years and so far I have no problem with my clients in Psalm Properties, most of them already have their titles.
So the problem is clear, it is not in the Company, its with your agent and with you, so start doing something instead o whining on all our ads and sounds like a fool.
