4K budget Video card WILL NOT bottleneck that rig.. go for the Card that fits your budget, I suggest 7770 or 7790.. as per performance/price best go for AMD.. (since nag.gaming rman pud ka)

since you are still a student, go w/ the HD 7770/ 7790 for AMD and GTX 650 Ti and 650 Ti Boost for Nvidia... but sa ana nila, i myself prefer AMD's offerings anang sa akoang gi mention... why, mas barato man gud. i owned a HD 7770 GHz Edition... it a dual GPU on one of my gaming rig... bisan isa lang ani, ok kaayo... but mas ok ang HD 7790... at just a slight price difference...
or, ok pud ang HD 6850 and HD 6870 pud... kaya lang, older tech... mas power friendly and HD 7700 series...
if the budget is not an issue, aw, you can buy the higher offerings from both Nvidia and AMD... check sa B&S... naa nice na mga sale did2 if maka timing ka. nice lagi unta tong HD 7790 na priced @ 3.7K php... if naa pa ko dha ron, akoa na tong gi palit then hatag sa akoang bro... hehhe...
about sa mga games nimo, kaya ra kaayo na sa HD 7770 @ 1080p on "mid to high" Quality Presets...

Please don't limit your choices on brand alone.. the two give and take performance as per application, even in every single game it's not an apples to apples comparison, thats why benchmarks are done PER GAME and the performance of one game does not predict the performance of the card in another game.. korek gyud na's bro domz TS... ayaw gamit anang generic PSU na dala sa chassis (case)... wla man kag na... hehehe... mao na akoang na kita atong dha ko 2 weeks ago sa cebu. nag palit ko'g generic chassis sa GI... dala sya'g PSU... ok ra hinoon to'ng free generic PSU if dili mag discrete GPU gyud hinoon & running at stock... or ang discrete GPU, mag kuha lang ug power sa PCIe slot...
