actually this thing is sa imo ra na PC... this 20% is allocated just for updates with this OS... so if imo i-set as zero, so ma-maximize nimu ang imo connection... this updates takes some part of your memory... so to speed up sa browsing nimo or what so ever... ok kaayo ni sya... but if slow lang gihapon ang browsing nimo... might be on your connection na jud with your ISP...
