giving a pardon to jalosjos due to the premise of his deteriorating health, which any paid doctor can certify , then the government might as well release all the other prisoners presently incarcerated all over the country..

granting it would somehow give either impressions of how morally bankrupt her government’s judiciary is.. this will show the world that only the rich, influential people in the philippines can appeal for leniency and if your are poor you die in jail without any hope of appeal from the government.. or another exchange deal, which is mutually beneficial both to pgma and the jalosjos..

i read somewhere ,, or was that correspondent,anyway it was proven that the "girl" he rape was actually a known in the town prosti ,,it was also speculated that the whole incident was politically motivated , the girl was paid a large some of money.well if jalos jos is truely guilty , he shod rot in jail like the rest of the desease of the society,,, BUT if his innocent,,it would be such sad story!!! our justice system sucks!!! remember, echegaray,,, that was in justice,, it was publish in manila bulletin sometime last year that the girl codnt stand her consience & confess after he was put to death , that he didnt rape her! what a shame!
