    That's the thing, I don't know kinsa ang first nag set up sa amo VoIP. I was hired last year, naa naman sila nag gamit sa VoIP but amo man gtawagan ang service provider sa amo phone sa US, kana 8x8.com nga company, ila tech said nga dapat daw e bridge amo modem kai naka interfere daw na sa ila service. Wa ko ni volunteer boss, bag.o rako na promote gud then natimingan sad nga ako ang naai leadership skill sa company mao ako nasuguan. :/

    1) what happened to record keeping? accounting dept or whoever, should have records on who installed your VoIP system.
    2) have the U.S. tech(s) log-in into the modem so they can configure it.

    sorry TS, lisud ni due limited info nga imong gihatag basin masamotan pa ang problema. re-configuration is a simple thing but walay klaro nga detalye. like ingon si 8x8.com nga i-bridge mode but wala ta idea kun naka static ip ba, what ipblock ang gigamit /32 ba or /28 kay tan-aw nako, pldt sme account ning inyo. pwede man sad naka router mode but naka portforward ang para sa voip.

    i-up nalang nato ni, basin naay mga magician diri nagpahipi. this needs a site visit to understand ur network bisan simple ra nang network ninyo.
