    will power lng jud.. if you really want to quit kaya man jud.. it's all in the mind.. ako amiga grabe ka smoker but when she got pregnant and gi ingnan cya na dli maayo mag smoke if buntis, ni quit cya dha2x dayon, for 9 months wla jud cya ni smoke... just goes to show na kaya ra jud if gusto-on... I guess it helps pud if naa kay motivation parehas niya kay iya motivation kay naa na cya baby gidala

    one way also to cut the stick into half... para lesser ra imo na inhale and psychological nakahoman ka ug 1 stick...

    take two weeks off, pag lukong sa kwarto. ayaw tanaw or paminaw ug anything related to smoking. hinay2x mawala sa imong system. cold turkey, ayaw gradual.

    3 months ago 1pack ako ma hurot krn 5 sticks na lng... long process jd... then pag naae tagay mo gara akong baga lami e smoke... lisud jd... naka try nasad ko ug ecig. wae gamit.. lami jd ang tinuod

    Sakto ra jud wala ko magkat-on yop2x cigarilyo.

    Instead cigarilyo, try candy or chewing gum para malingaw imong baba, nya likay sa tapok2x kay once makakita ka naay nagsige buga ug aso, mokatol jud imong bisyo.
