i just cleared DEVVIE's intelligence database, and deleted all her previous answers (which only covers questions about computer programming and PHP).

i already started inputting questions under the "Geography" category and have 9 questions so far. DEVVIE can now answer questions on difference between hillls/mountains, stalactites/stalagmites, ring of fire, tsunami, and a few more. so feel free to contribute.

thanks bro... the objective of this application is for educational purposes... example para atong mga anak, they could just chat with DEVVIE if naa silay gusto ipangutana or if they are curious about something.

AI algorithm ni siya, but not neural networks (NN)... I utilized a customized Kohonen Self-Organizing map...

this isn't just an ordinary "search", that only checks a keyword match; but involves some computations (although mejo straightforward pa for now, and will be improved as with ongoing development) to retrieve the best answer.

yep bro. that's right. Devvie's learning is dependent sa naka-store nga "training data" which consists of the question-answer combinations that users have inputted...
if you will visit Devvie (I mean visit the page), there's a button at the top that says "turuan" where you can input the "keywords" of the questions, and the corresponding answer. i still need to review and approve the inputs though, before they become part of the algorithm... hehe...

once Devvie becomes smarter hopefully within a year or less, I plan to buy her, her own domain... something like www.devvie.com if available pa siya...
