Globe is the most unreliable internet connection ever.. sorry @ TS but sulti lang ko sa tinuod. i've got 3 connections disconnected coz of bad service... and specially bad after sales service.

unsay basis nmo for using the word "most"? in globelines account for almost 5 yrs na---capitol area.

1) you can look-up the thread for globelines at istorya. you'll find 9 out of 10 negative

2) my accounts were based on these spots:
- labangon
- talisay
- bulacao
- mj cuenco
- talamban

* labangon --- hinay kaayo ang 2mbps and pasumangil kay router, 2 phones used (even i use no phones at all mao ra gihapon), etc.. grabeh lang kabati after sales
* talisay had been more than 10yrs. ga upgrade ra mi kay ingnon mi nga hinay among connection mao grabeh ang latency. pero as time goes by, it got worst. in one year time more than 100 calls made siguro nako to have my talisay connection checked. almost every 15days ga problema. gi-ingnan pud mi sa 3rd party technicians nga naa daw langgam nipuyo (dunno if langgam nga molupad or galakaw --- abot nalang 2 years wala gihapon resolution)
* bulacao part kay same ra gihapon.. hinay kaayo. same gihapon esulti nila.. hinay daw akong 1mb connection
* mj cuenco --- gikan sa 1mb hangtod na upgrade nako to a business line... wala gihapon ayo.
* talamban -- used wifi ... bati gihapon... namalhin nalang sa t-padilla hinay gihapon kaayo.

now i stated 3 connections only... those are my five connections with globe in different places. and by the way.. all connections were disconnected one time basis. i told globe that if dili ma ayos ang ilang aftersales... then i would find another ISP. --- am glad nihawa ko coz karon wala na dyud ko mag call...

--- let me add up connection @ IT park we used PLDT as the primary ISP for that specific BPO since GLOBE had a very slow connection and aftersales service. specially now that Bayantel had been added... maka ingon pa mi nga reliable ang latest one compared to the two PLDT and Globe

@bugzbunny sir/mam dont know why or ngano hinay jud imo connection noh pero daghan man mi og clients kana imo mga based area gi sulte. so far wala man silay problema... pero salamat sa imohang reklamo.. ako nya forward sa office hehe anyway..

Business plan ni siya guys ha ideal for business type..
mao ang requirements pangayo nato kay: For corporation (Sec Reg., Articles of Inc.,ID,ITR/Bank statement, Authorization)
For Single Proprietorship (Business Permit, DTI, ID, ITR/Bank statement, Authorization)

im one of globe user.. way jud ayu ning globe ... 3mbps na halos kada adlaw maputolputol ang net connection... bisag unsa nlang ang ipasangil sa ila customer care... pagka way ayu gyud aning globe...

yep.. you might say daghan mo clients.. of course... daghan clients nga parehas pud nako before, who would risk a 2 year lock in service due to small amount to be paid. but future issue would be the after sales.

that is one of the BIG reasons why i decided to get OFF with globe. BAD AFTER SALES SERVICES.

and in order for them to have the last word if mo adto mo sa globe para moreklamo "waiting for technicians to reply"

BRO.. talisay man pud ako isa ka connection with globe before. even my future sis-in-law which is close to you kay bati pud ila connection. check daw lain ISP service for your end first. try to weigh things up. coz @ globe... barato cya pero bati ug aftersales. sa pikas.. almost the same pero at least not that negative.

i also suspect that data lines are no longer offered at those area near you. thus they will encourage you to apply for wifi nga pwerti ka hinay.

sir maam shadow_ludwig, intrested ko magpa taod ug busness plan 2mbps sa globe pero ako problema kay mao ni, hoping matabangan ko nimo.

* sa medellin ko pa taod ug bsness plan 2mbps kay nman balay sakng wife didto nya ako gpangita kay para naay static for survellance nga ma monitor nako dri sa city kay naa man mi sa city nag work. akng bsness permit naka adress sa lapu-lapu kay naa man me bsness didto. possible ba kaha na nga maka apply ko ug bsness? didto ko sa jcenter mall nag inquire ko a month ago, wala man feedback. if dli pde, unsa kahay options nato ani kay intrested ko ma connect sa medellin, currently smartbro ako gamit for 5 yrs but lately lang (2mnths passed) wala na klaro ila connection. thanks for the response and time

wala ayo ang globe. subscriber sad ko ilang connection sa league of ledgends PH kay walay klaro. wala sila paki sa ilang subscribers after maka signup na. naa pagyud DATA CAP!!!
