Better think of a replacement for the fly overs and make it fast. It takes a million years to implement widenings and flyovers.
Hmmm... about extrajudicial killings... yes I am in favor of that. Personally know someone who's been there done that. But the problem with these things is that some brgy. captains actually tolerate these kinds of people. Though I find it hard to believe if a local politician would be behind this syndicate since it really does not have a good risk to reward ratio.
With how they do things it seems so inefficient, maybe they can learn a thing or two from the CIA about targeted killings. It would be better to do a sweep and mop them all out.
What are targeted killings?
According to a UN special report on the subject, targeted killings are premeditated acts of lethal force employed by states in times of peace or during armed conflict to eliminate specific individuals outside their custody. "Targeted killing" is not a term distinctly defined under international law, but gained currency in 2000 after Israel made public a policy of targeting alleged terrorists in the Palestinian territories. The particular act of lethal force, usually undertaken by a nation's intelligence or armed services, can vary widely--from cruise missiles to drone strikes to special operations raids.

But the version that can be applied to ours can be a watered down version from what is stated above. A good intelligence network manned by civilians and law enforcement will make this work. Apparently the politicos are not that interested since they have much too lose from the squatters population where these bad elements come from.
i would say unahon ang mga drug pushers ug hipos kay ug mawala na sila maminusan gyud ang crime sa cebu...
ang mga vigilante uban mo tira bya pud na para saktos kurso mo ihaw. hehe so hiposon sa ning mga drug pushers then by that time naay kalinaw sa cebu na. unta ang manghipos dili pud unta gatama..![]()
Vigilantes? Really? might as well wipe out the whole police force, the courts and all that justice stuff, and let the vigilantes do it for a cheap price. i find it barbaric and idiotic when people fight crime with another crime. it just shows that justice and enforcement really is a failure in this country. we always say that we wanted to move forward, but then again, we take backward steps to resolve a problem. It's the system that's failing! we have the same system for nearly a hundred years. politicians are still corrupt, gov't officials are corrupt and everyone is asking why, because as you can see majority of the minds that placed them there are basically... corrupted. it's a shame these people call themselves intellectual with such crooked ways!!![]()
The big question is.."Is this going to be implemeneted or is this just part of all other plans that aren't going to be implemented?".
